BIO

Doctor Juan F. Páez Terán was born in Quito, Ecuador, on June 5th, 1931. He established his own law firm and became a part-time teacher on the Pontificia Universidad Católica of Ecuador after being admitted to the Bar Association of Quito in 1958.  He has dedicated his life to the law and has great recognition and admiration within the justice field.

Juan Fernando Páez Parral

BIO
Doctor Juan Fernando Páez Parral, born in Quito, has training and experience in the private sector, in the areas of litigation, mediation and arbitration. He was a part-time university professor for 28 years at Universidad Católica del Ecuador. He has fulfilled important roles such as Legal Director of the Foundation Towards Security, Empire of the Law, founder of the International Center of Arbitration with headquarters in Quito and he is a mediator of the Cámara de Comercio Ecuatoriano Americana AMCHAM 1999 until the present date.

Doctor Nora Páez Parral was born in Quito, Ecuador and decided to study law to continue her long history of public and law servers predecessors. She was admitted to the Bar Association of Quito in 1995.

Augusto Chasillacta

BIO
Augusto Chasillacta was born in Latacunga in 1989. He is a Lawyer of the Courts of the Republic of Ecuador, titled by the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, Faculty of Law, in 2015. Due to his experience in counseling and litigation, he currently concentrates his practice in conflict resolution, participating in litigation, labor and commercial matters. In addition, he offers personalized advice to the different clients that make up the portfolio of the Law Firm. He is a member of this Law Firm since 2016.

Martín Gangotena Páez

BIO
Martin Gangotena Páez, LL.M, has deep knowledge of the Ecuadorian criminal laws and proceedings. He is a PhD(c) on Criminal Law for Universidad Castilla-La Mancha. Has an LL.M from Loyola University Chicago, a diploma on International Criminal Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands. Studied in Salamanca, Spain and obtained his law degree in Universidad de las Americas.
